Fraud.Sysguard

I ran SSD today and found some spyware or malware (I'm new at this), and the spybot managed to fix most of it, however this one named Fraud.Sysguard remains in there and it seems it can't be removed

Did some googling and found nothing I can seem to do by myself, can you help?
