Stupid GROKLOADER

When I run Spybot, Grokloader stops the scan. Spybot says it cannot fix the problem because it is involved in a process that is currently running. It recommends restarting and automatically re-running Spybot. It still interrupts my scan. I start in safe mode...same problem. I noticed there are spyware programs that specifically name grokloader as something it will eliminate, but at this point I'm gun-shy. HELP!
