Please help!

[Mariah]

Just recently, my computer began to act strangely. The screen would go funny, things would freeze, and at one point the entire screen began to blink. I have tried scans with Norton, Spybot, Malwarebytes, and ESET. The first three found nothing, but ESET found threats and removed them. However, it began acting up again the very next day.
It's gotten progressively worse, to the point where I have to try several times to turn the computer on, since it won't allow me to until the 3rd or 5th try. I had to do a system restore to the beginning of the month in order for it to give me time to download and run ESET.
