New Install on Windows 7 (not working)

I just installed windows 7 pro on a new desktop.
I am trying to install spybot search&destory.

I've tried a few things, but I am not certain everything is as it should be.
I've installed "as admininstrator", I've tried running "as administrator".
The trouble I have is this. If I log onto the machine as a user that is NOT
admin. Is there a way to have tea timer startup automatically upon logging
in?

I am stilling learning more about windows 7 UAC. I think that is a snafu for
me. I installed v1.6.2.46

For a pc running windows 7, with two users (by me. but one is admin, and one is not). What is the preferred method of install, and settings, such that the teatimer and spybot it running upon a boot and login for both users?

Hello,

You have to activate TeaTimer manually on other user accounts.
- Go into Spybot - Mode - Advanced Mode - Tools - Resident.
- Check the following: Resident "TeaTimer" (Protection of over-all system settings) Active.
