Laptop "worse" after runing Spybot

I started getting "activate anti virus" pop-ups. The computer wouldn't let me do anything. I unplugged the network cable started the computer in safe mode. It ran OK, I logged into spybot downloaded the latest updates, and ran s&d. It found 5 infections, fixed them, then when the computer restarted ( standard mode) spybot automatically ran. When it finished it said that no threats were present but as soon as I went to my desktop pop-ups appeared "Attention Spyware alert" Activate your virus protection now. A "security warning" box appears whenever I try to run anything. For instance, It will say Application can not be executed the file wuauclt.exe is infected. Do you want to activate your antivirus software now? Any time I try to run any thing this happens. There is a new icon in the tray looks like a little multi-sided box with a green light icon the middle. Even though the network cable is disconnected the box will say "your computer is bieng attacked blah blah blah, Details Attack from: some IP address, Attacked port: 10793 (not always the same)
Threat: Win32/Nuqel.e

The computer will run locally in safe mode with networking, but I cannot get to the internet>

Hi,

Download DDS and save it to your desktop from here (http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/dds.com) or here (http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/dds.scr) or here (http://www.forospyware.com/sUBs/dds).
Disable any script blocker, and then double click dds file to run the tool.
When done, DDS will open two (2) logs:
DDS.txt
Attach.txt

Save both reports to your desktop. Post them back to your topic.
