Help needed removing opachki.ru

i found the opachki.ru virus via spybot it was unable to remove it then made me restart and made a scan on booting up the computer this scan found nothing and now the virus is still there i did all the manual ways in trying to remove the trojan didnt found most of the files listed though.....
Causes of the virus: 1) opening of my web browser over and over
2) certain keys on the keyboard when pressed takes you back to your homepage.... and if ur not on a web browser and u press one of these certain keys it will open a web browser....
Help needed urgently...... Thinking of reformatting what you guys think?
