The following instructions have been created to help you to get rid of "Fraud.InternetSecurity2011" manually.
Use this guide at your own risk; software should usually be better suited to remove malware, since it is able to look deeper.

Description:
Fraud.InternetSecurity2011 claims to be an antispyware tool. When it is installed to the computer it finds a lot of harmless entries in order to frighten the user and make him buy a license to get the issue fixed.
Removal Instructions:

Files:

Please use Windows Explorer or another file manager of your choice to locate and delete these files.

The file at "<$COMMONAPPDATA>\.wtav".
The file at "<$SYSDIR>\exefile.exe".
The file at "<$WINDIR>\Temp\{E9C1E0AC-C9B1-4c85-94DE-9C1518918D01}.tlb".
The file at "<$WINDIR>\WinSxS\x86_Microsoft.Windows.Shell.HWEventDetector_6595b64144ccf1df_5.2.2.3_x-ww_5390e909\shsvcs.dll".
Make sure you set your file manager to display hidden and system files. If Fraud.InternetSecurity2011 uses rootkit technologies, use our RootAlyzer (http://forums.spybot.info/downloads.php?id=8) or our Total Commander anti-rootkit plugins (http://forums.spybot.info/downloads.php?id=3).
You will have to use a global search for files without a name specified. Be extra careful, because just the name might not be enough to identify files!

Important: There are more files that cannot be safely described in simple words. Please use Spybot-S&D (http://www.safer-networking.org/index.php?page=spybotsd) to remove them.

Registry:

You can use regedit.exe (included in Windows) to locate and delete these registry entries.

Delete the registry key "0000" at "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\ControlSet001\Enum\Root\LEGACY_USERINIT\".
Delete the registry key "0000" at "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\ControlSet002\Enum\Root\LEGACY_USERINIT\".
Delete the registry key "0000" at "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\ControlSet003\Enum\Root\LEGACY_USERINIT\".
Delete the registry key "LEGACY_USERINIT" at "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\ControlSet001\Enum\Root\".
Delete the registry key "LEGACY_USERINIT" at "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\ControlSet002\Enum\Root\".
Delete the registry key "LEGACY_USERINIT" at "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\ControlSet003\Enum\Root\".
Delete the registry key "userinit" at "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\ControlSet001\Services\".
Delete the registry key "userinit" at "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\ControlSet002\Services\".
Delete the registry key "userinit" at "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\ControlSet003\Services\".
Delete the registry key "vbma<$ENV(FraudInternetSecurity2011ENV)>" at "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\ControlSet001\Services\".
Delete the registry key "vbma<$ENV(FraudInternetSecurity2011ENV)>" at "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\ControlSet002\Services\".
Delete the registry key "vbma<$ENV(FraudInternetSecurity2011ENV)>" at "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\ControlSet003\Services\".
If Fraud.InternetSecurity2011 uses rootkit technologies, use our RegAlyzer (http://www.safer-networking.org/index.php?page=regalyzer), RootAlyzer (http://forums.spybot.info/downloads.php?id=8) or our Total Commander anti-rootkit plugins (http://forums.spybot.info/downloads.php?id=3).
