'greekfix.zip' a [TROJ-GEN] ?

Hi everyone, I'm a first-time-user.

Could anyone tell me:

I've scanned my XP for virus's with aVast 5.
It stored 'greekfix.zip' in the Virus chest calling it a [TROJ-GEN]

Should I worry or is it just aVast freaking?
