I have probably a very stupid question

I am new to spybot but am impressed in what it finds on my computer and destroys it.

However, I have wanted to do the update and when I click on the update it opens a box and says:

"Please select a download place to download the updates from. Updates may work faster if you choose a place near your current location."

I am definetly not a computer whiz so I don't know what to pick as I have never heard of any of these and don't know what they do.

I would very much appreciate anything you can tell me, to help me be able to update spybot.

Those are just different places that host the Spybot updates.If you pick one located close to you,sometimes it's faster.If not,next time,select a different one,and see how it goes. :)
