View Full Version : Help: Keep getting Blue Screen Stop Error

khant recall
2011-01-23, 06:28
This is my first experience with Blue Screen error. I've attempted to run my antivirus scans with no success. The scans will stop prematurely and won't continue, moments later the Blue Screen Stop error appears and I've had to reboot the computer. How do I go about troubleshooting this type of error??

I've read your post requirements and have saved the DDS logs and downloaded the ERUNT requirement.

Please assist, I'm at a complete loss as to my next steps. Thks.

The zipfile is the Attach log.
Here is the log for DSS:

Hi,

This looks like possible hardware issue. I recommend you post at forum that deals with other than malware issues too. For example Tech Support Guy (http://forums.techguy.org) is that kind of forum.
