Tough Malware...Help

I am working on repairing a laptop that was infected with a few hundred different malwares. 99% are removed, but I am having a lot of trouble removing these last three:

monnet
cmdService
and Small.136

You have other junk but these are the major problems. I need to suggest you read the information I provided so you will know what these trojans have done to your security, and I also suggest you keep this computer online until it is clean.
