Google Earth Malware after deinstall?

noticed, that after deinstall of Google Earth there is an "update" exe and folder with dlls, which are unable to delete from hdd and run from time to time in background.

Got it deleted by using Unlocker only.
Looks like Google collects data even if the application got uninstalled.

Did you install any other Google software like Chrome or something like that?
