win32dialer help

Not really expert with computers,I tried to run spybot aas I normally do,well didn't go too far around 9300 it stopped and wouldn't go any further in scanning my pc at that time it was scanning for win32dialer,question is I don't know anything about it,is there a trojan in my pc?how will I find out?whta to do to remove it if there is?
As many times I start scanning it stops at the same spot.
Please help.
