Antimalware Doctor

Hello,

I just foolishly clicked on a link in an e-mail and was immediately inundated with pop-ups for "Antimalware Doctor" and offers to purchase their product to remove, I assume, the malware they just downloaded to my machine. Bloody hell. I am running Windows 7 on a Dell machine and was running Google Chrome when I got the bug; I have Norton and it appeared to quarantine & remove the virus but I guess not. Help!
