Blacklisted

After a Spybot test an image appeared on my tool-bar: "Spybot-SD Resident 177504 Processes blacklisted 283740 Known ratings available."
I have been trying to get this off! I tried to get a advcheck.dll which I was told to do but hit a wall! Does anyone have a resolution? Thank you.

Please do not panic as the pop up balloon you saw earlier was simply a status prompt from Spybot's TeaTimer (Resident Shield). It was merely telling you how many items were on its blacklist (list of dangerous items). So that is normal.
