Hello
I'm not sure where to post this, but, my computer gets stuck on the "shutting windows down" screen and won't shut off unless I pull the plug from the wall.

I know it doesn't seem spyware related, but since i have only ever had spyware problems, I'm not sure what else it could be.

Can someone suggest what I should check first? I've run spyware programs and my hardrive says it does not need defragging.

thanks
