XP Total Security 2011 rogue program

Earlier today, my computer was infected with a something that seems to be going around quite rampant of late--a rogue program that masquerades XP's security. I had the same symptoms everyone has been writing about, including consistent redirection from webpages to a fake security warning, as well as pop-ups of the program doing a "scan". I used this (http://deletemalware.blogspot.com/2010/11/remove-xp-antispyware-2011-and-xp-guard.html) method to clean it out, and it seems to have worked, but I was wondering if anyone could check my HijackThis log to make sure I've entirely gotten rid of it. I have not completely shut of my computer and booted it since it got infected; I've only restarted when prompted by Malwarebytes and when I re-installed Automatic Updates (which had gotten deleted while cleaning up).

A black Screen will open, just read the contents and do nothing.
When the tool finishes, it will open 2 reports, DDS.txt and attach.txt
Copy/Paste the contents of 'DDS.txt' into your post.
