Click.giftload - infected and can't remove

Hi
I'm hoping someone can help. I downloaded and ran spybot search and destroy which returned click.giftload as one of my issues. All other issues safely removed but this one remained after reboot and re-run of spybot. Please help!

Someone can assist after taking a look at the system.

Please see this FAQ "BEFORE You POST"(Please read this Procedure Before Requesting Assistance) It includes instructions in post #2 on how to provide a preliminary DDS log, which is used for analysis.

Then start a new topic and a volunteer will advise when available.
