Help! I can't open Windows security center

Hi, my computer keeps saying that is impossible to run the security center, even after i ran Spyboy and fixed the problems with it, besides it started to install free software by itself!
I tried to install and run DDS but didn't work so this is the complete Spybot S&D report :

What happens when you try to run DDS? Does it throw any error message?
