420 Unprotected Immunize

Running XP Pro, AVG, used for long time without issue. Now I get 420 unprotected (30 items x 14 profiles). Tried turning off AVG and still get 420 unprotected. Restarted computer...still 420. Please help.:confused:

What things exactly are unprotected?

Thanks for taking the time to respond. The problem fixed itself....I am not sure why or how.:)
