No Internet Access after Installing Spybot 162

I have just tried loading Spybot 162 onto my laptop and on rebooting am unable to connect to the web. According to the icon there is router access but no internet access. This is confirmed when checked in Network and Sharing Centre. Uninstalling Spybot does not clear the problem but using the restore point I created before installation does.

Anyone any ideas?

Spybot works OK on my other laptop also running Win 7 Ultimate 64bit with exactly the same programmes

Non Working System:

Alienware M15X, Windows 7 Ultimate SP1 64bit, i7 620M CPU, 8Gb 1333Mhz RAM, ATI Radeon HD5730, 1920x1080 WLED LCD

Working system:

Dell Studio XPS1640, Core2 Duo T9900 CPU, 8Gb 1060Mhz RAM, ATI Radeon HD4670, 1920x1080 RGB LED LCD

I am sorry, but I do not think that the problem is a result of our software.
Have you already tried to install Spybot twice?
Or did this only happen once?
