Immunize fails to work

Can Spybot help text on this be updated to include start spybot in admin mode (as opposed to just giving admin rights)

AND

The the tip that if immunize only partially updates to try undo and redo.

Would have saved me some hours of trawling to find the answer. I am sure others ave the same probolem and hence leave getting a bad impression of great piece of software
