I am fixing my sister-in-law's pc which was infected with over 100 viruses/trojans. I have been successful in cleaning the pc of most of them; however, there are still some problems. I downloaded and ran hijackthis, and when I did a scan, it came up with the following items. I am scared of deleting something thtat I should not and was hoping someone could tell me what is safe to delete and what is not.

TIA!!
