Redirection In IE and random script errors keep popping up.

I have a machine that had a few different spywares on it. I ran spybot, malewarebytes, adaware and superantispyware and they all found different spywares and removed them. But I am left with something redirecting me on searchs in IE and is popping up random IE script error messages with random websites that I have not gone to with IE not even running.
