Help with TrojansC-04

I downloded spybot s&d and scanned my computer. It showed "Win32.Bancos" as the problem and "TrojansC-04" as the kind. I then click "Fix Problem" and it says its removing these threats but they dont disappear from the screen. I did it twice today with about 3 hours between scans and the same problems show up. Am I not truly getting rid of them? What am I doing wrong?

Please run a scan in safe mode (http://www.computerhope.com/issues/chsafe.htm).
That should fix it.
