I need instructions to get rid of a malware trying to freeze my computer. It appears when I try to get onto Anglo info brittany website, and I was stupid enough to download it, pressed the wrong button! I got it removed professionally as I couldnt even get the computer open by the time it had finished with me. My knowledge of computers was gained on the ark, so is there anyone out there who can tell me how to stop this in nice easy ways. XXXXXXX thankyou!:confused:
