can't immunize completely-help!

I downloaded spybot search and rescue. When I ran immunize, I get a box that says 6937 bad products blocked, 1299 additional protections possible. Please immunize. So I keep on clicking immunize and check again and the same thing i see in the box.

Does this mean I only have 6973 products blocked but I have a bunch of them unblocked?

How do i fix this?

I have tried uninstalling and installing again but it didin't work.

have the answer -turn of webroot spysweeper

wasn't sure if it was safe but I turned off webroot spysweeper than I was able to get everything immunized. Turning off webroot spysweeper also helped in enabling protection for all restricted sites and internet explorer on spywareblaster.

Hope I did the right thing. Any comment?
