Error code whole using S&D Updater

Hi

I am getting the following code when updating

Then microsoft pops up and says "S&D updater encountered a problem and needs to close"

I am using XP SP3
Kaspersky Internet Security V 11.0.2.556 (firewall included)


I am also curious on a few things..
When I turn off "on access monitor" and "S&D Firewall" will they stay off?
I have always used s&d along side an AV suck as kaspersky because it picks up on the spyware cookies and I would still like it to work alongside and not be a replacement.

Will this be the case?

Also chrome updater is showing up as malware but if I delete it I will not be able to update chrome and it will give the following message

"unable to update chrome, server not available" "error 3"

I would also like information on the highlighted section of the pic I am including as it is also showing up as malware. What is it?

I think it's just security issue, as it detects that registry change as "possible risk" of disabled Phishing Filter. I don't know if security registry issues should be done like this. Maybe there should be some tool (again) which could show which options are disabled and why they should be enabled etc.

I have the same problem as tooybits

I'm using windows 7 64 Servicepack 1
AVG Internet Security 2011

When I try an update, i receive the same alerts as tooybits

when i go with the mouse on the icon in the taskbar it shows me following messages:
SystemMonitor: working
Scanner: working
Firewall: working
Updater: unavailable

the date of the last update is the date when the program has been installed
