Problems shutting down

My computer has had problems of late when I shut down....it gets to the screen that says "windows is shutting down" but it doesn't it just stays there.....so sometimes i have to pull the plug to shut it down.

I ran Spybot with all the updates in safemode and there were no problems to fix. I am attaching below my latest HiJack this post with the latest version.
