3trojans, 2 spyware, and a partridge in a pear tree

I went to a site and my mcAfee virus went crazy saying to had found this trojan and cleaned, over and over again to the point where my computer frooze.I ran spybot, ewido, and lavasoft on safe mode and found lots of cookies, a couple trojans and other malware but somecouldn't be cleaned and once while trying to quarantin 2 my computer froze. I appreciate any help you can give. Also I thought Spybot by immunize protected me from going to prievusly known bad sites, or does that only work in Internet explorer? and is there anything I can do I have firewall and dont download expect from trust companies(ex. aol) BUt it seems with just casual surfing I'm getting 2 to3 trojans a day. Maybe before I just didn't have the software to alert me to the infections, but it's begingin to see that going online is war.

SpyBots immunization is for internet explorer and covers mainly well known items.
Nothing can completly protect you except you by safe surfing pratices.
I see both mcafee and Norton, how many firewalls and antivirus programs do you have installed ? best practice is to only have one of each installed at a time and supliment the av programs with weekly Online scan such as trend's housecall.

After the scan click see report then Save the report and post it back here please.

Then choose: my computer: scan all your hard drives and mapped disks.
when finished click save as text and post that in your reply.
