View Full Version : *URGENT* Where to get PAID malware removal help?
My computer has been infected with "Windows 7 Recovery" and i need help to clean it up NOW.
I tried this (http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/virus-removal/remove-windows-7-recovery) and didnt get very far.
I know i can post in the forum for help, but I dont have the time to wait a day or 2 to get it. I am willing to pay someone to help me NOW. (One of the helpers on this forum, not some random guy...so dont bother unless you can prove you know what you are doing)
PLEASE HELP ME. I am willing to do w/e it takes. (Do i need to buy the Corp version to get help NOW?)

Is this a Corporate/Government/Small Business/Institutional computer or used in that kind of environment?

I'm sorry but the malware forum is staffed by volunteers, others may already be waiting for assistance and it is also a weekend.
FYI: Our office won't be open till Monday.

I wouldn't know where to find a live technician on a sunday that wont tell me to reformat (more embarrassing: I used to work as a computer technician :-( and am usually the one helping people out with these problems...)
I have confidence in the volunteers here, they have helped me in the past and have always done an excellent job. i am just praying that it wont take them too long to reply to me this time.

This server had hard disk problems over the weekend. The hoster currently replaces the faulty disk.
I changed the download page to point to another server (http://ns364576.ovh.net/updates/files/spybotsd_includes.exe) until spybotupdates.biz is working again.
