Hello i hope somone can help as my laptop has a problem when it starts up after logging in it says that DCOM Service launcher has unexpectidly terminated and windows will restart . It just keeps doing this so i cant run any programmes to get any logs please help.

Hi,
Press window button + R and then type shutdown -a command in the run box. That should give you more time to run DDS and get logs from it.
