Hello, I know I may come across as one of those people who check their task manager every now and then to see if something's fishy, but I did some research on these two online after having never seen them before and they look like red flags so I wanted to see if I could be helped here. I would really appreciate it (this is my second time here actually after having a serious virus a few years back!) - and if both are safe then I would be even happier. Thanks in advance!

This isn't a bump - the problem has been solved apparently and the two turned out to be bad afterall! I used Norton's power eraser for the first time (just to check) shortly after the previous message and it pulled both out.
