Admin rights on Windows 7

Hi guys, when using the Immunise option, I get a message saying I need Administration rights . I've right clicked the Spybot icon and opted for 'Run as Administrator'. This is what you recommend for Vista, dont work with Windows 7. Tried to Immunise again and still some files are left behind. Is there any other way to solve this problem? I'm using Windows 7. :thanks: Just downloaded RunAlyzer and the program thinks I'm running Vista. Is this normal with the edition of windows Im running, Windows 7 Home Premium.
If I'm not explaining myself very well guys Im not that with it with pc's. Im a silver surfer so be patient please. Ta!!

Did you run Spybot as Administrator by clicking the start menu,and rightclicking Spybot to run as admin,as it shows in these instructions?
