My computer gave me the message "System settings protector stopped working on 7/18/2011. I got the same message about a week previous and deleted and re-installed the program. On 7/20 I switched from CA to Avast because I changed IP's. Both messages were under different firewalls and anti virus programs. Is there a way to tell if it is now working? If it is not working I am open to suggestions as what to do next.
