Internet blocked

my internet is blocked by trend micro internet security pro.
i was just doin random things then suddenly i get a popup saying my internet has been blocked. i tried unblocking it but it wasn't responding and doesnt do anything even when i press it. i got the internet working after deleting trend micro via hijackthis and ran a system scan with spybot i didn't find much besides level 5 stuff with shockwave but i didnt really know what it was.
but i found 1 spyware. i still believe that there is still some more viruses so i plan to do a safe mode full system scan tomorrow

If you still need help with this do following, please.


Download DDS and save it to your desktop from here (http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/dds.com) or here (http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/dds.scr) or here (http://www.forospyware.com/sUBs/dds).
Disable any script blocker, and then double click dds file to run the tool.
When done, DDS will open two (2) logs:
DDS.txt
Attach.txt

Save both reports to your desktop. Post them back to your topic.
