Detection Rules - File Size!!!

i was shocked and amazed that the detection rules file size was 1MB .. that’s a lot of downloading if you still use dialup. Why can't Spybot do as Norton AntiVirus does, only update the new detection rule. Not the entire file every time. If you are thinking of creating Spybot S&D 1.5 I strongly recommend you do that.
