Hi, I'm new to all this sort of thing so you'll have to bear with me!

I have the Win32.Agent.bb TrojanC-05 and I am at a loss on how to get rid of it.

I have a 'Hijack This' log as follows (if I am doing the wrong thing, please let me know):

Hi there MarkyMark,

In case you missed it please see the FAQ which also includes guidelines for this forum and instructions in post #2 on how to provide the preliminary "DDS" logs used for analysis.

Then start a new topic providing the DDS logs as shown in that sticky and a volunteer analyst will advise you when available. :)
