Don't fret, I did read the "BEFORE YOU POST" and I went to the ERUNT page as requested although I am worried when you say don't get NTREGOPT with it and on the download page for ERUNT, it says it is included.
Would you suggest I go ahead and download it or go to another source where NTREGOPT is not included?
I imagine I have the option to not install NTREGOPT when I download ERUNT but I really don't want to do something I'm not 100% sure about.

If NTREGOPT is included in the ERUNT download just don't chose to run it. (NTREGOPT)
If you are uncomfortable with downloading the ERUNT program at this time please provide the DDS logs as requested in the sticky (http://forums.spybot.info/showpost.php?p=1150&postcount=2) into a new topic, and make a note for our helpers about the registry backup.

It is a slow starting business, yes. My good friend who owns his own business and has a radio station gave me this computer with Windows 7 Enterprise on it so that I could use it for work on designing because I have never had my own computer.

Because of the sticky (http://forums.spybot.info/showpost.php?p=25712&postcount=5]) was checking so that helpers know the status when they look at the log.
