The following instructions have been created to help you to get rid of "Win32.AVKillsvc.e" manually.
Use this guide at your own risk; software should usually be better suited to remove malware, since it is able to look deeper.

Description:
Win32.AVKillsvc.e is a Trojan horse that disguises itself as a video file or other seemingly harmless file. It infects the computer by running a service in background which is able to counter security software.
It is very hard to remove, it removal attemps fail it is safest to reinstall a backup of the operating system.
Removal Instructions:

Files:

Please use Windows Explorer or another file manager of your choice to locate and delete these files.

The file at "<$SYSDIR>\c_13864.nls".
The file at "<$WINDIR>\2162372945".
The file at "<$WINDIR>\Temp\{E9C1E0AC-C9B2-4c85-94DE-9C1518918D02}.tlb".
Make sure you set your file manager to display hidden and system files. If Win32.AVKillsvc.e uses rootkit technologies, use our RootAlyzer (http://forums.spybot.info/downloads.php?id=8) or our Total Commander anti-rootkit plugins (http://forums.spybot.info/downloads.php?id=3).
You will have to use a global search for files without a name specified. Be extra careful, because just the name might not be enough to identify files!

Important: There are more files that cannot be safely described in simple words. Please use Spybot-S&D (http://www.safer-networking.org/index.php?page=spybotsd) to remove them.

Registry:

You can use regedit.exe (included in Windows) to locate and delete these registry entries.

Delete the registry key "{21f6d40e-6f79-c341-6bef-5caf498c5d32}" at "HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Interface\".
Delete the registry key "{df1df7ac-b87b-855b-3bd2-e53d95ad9e7d}" at "HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Interface\".
Delete the registry key "5131e380" at "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\ControlSet001\Services\".
Delete the registry key "5131e380" at "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\ControlSet002\Services\".
Delete the registry key "5131e380" at "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\ControlSet003\Services\".
Delete the registry key "5131e380" at "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\".
If Win32.AVKillsvc.e uses rootkit technologies, use our RegAlyzer (http://www.safer-networking.org/index.php?page=regalyzer), RootAlyzer (http://forums.spybot.info/downloads.php?id=8) or our Total Commander anti-rootkit plugins (http://forums.spybot.info/downloads.php?id=3).
