Having some issues with browser search redirects. S&D found Win32.AVKillsvc.e - I can only remove it in Safe Mode and it continues to return. Over the past few days i have tried malwarebytes antimalware

Hope i did this right. Please help. Thanks in advance

yes it is. i have been unsuccessful in getting my it guy out to fix it, we are in a satellite office so we are not a top priority. meanwhile i am having to use my personal computer until it is fixed. can you help me? or is it against policy? thanks for any information you can give.
