spybot very very slow in loading [Archive]

Like 30minutes at least to load and run without updating. Updating took even longer.
I performed the outlined steps and am attaching the logs of Panda and HijackThis. It took over 3 hours for Panda to install and run. After Panda, I rebooted in safe mode and ran spybot. It did not find the two items mentioned in Panda. Rebooted and ran Hijack this.

I have an Acer XP which is updated regularly.

spybot very very slow in loading

Provide a bit more information please.
How slow is that ? was is slow top load in safe mode ?
Mention Any other problems/symtoms even if they do not seam related

Is this a notebook pc ? is it a dual processor PC ?
