on my son's computer he has firefox and internet explorer as browsers. click on either of them and bing pops up as the browser. bing has got to go. my son's computer is a dell desktop with windows 7. i have searched for bing in his system and cannot find it. thank you for your help.

Sadly, many computers come with Bing pre-selected as the default search engine; I recommend "Google SSL (https)" from near the bottom of section 5 of these results, because it's one of the few Google SSL search-plugins that allows IE to provide search suggestions: http://mycroft.mozdev.org/search-engines.html?name=google+ssl
