SB has changed my registry

I installed SB 162 (W7 64bit SP1) & now I can't create a restore point or BU my system. VSS & SPP objects missing. 0x80042308 not found. I know SB backed up my registry when I installed it & ran it for the first time 2 days ago, but I do not know where & how to "reinstall" it. Or is there an easier fix.

I have also written to the contacts at SB.
