Coupon Bar.zip

Whilst doing a scan with Avast IS I am told some files could not be scanned. There are 4 files and they are all contained in folder path: C:\ProgramData\Spybot - Search & Destroy\Recovery\CouponBar.zip



Q:

Does anybody know what this is?
Do I need to do anything?
If so what and how please?

My OS is windows 7

Those are just backups Spybot made of things it removed.You don't need to do anything.
