ABetterInternet Problem

Lately I have been getting a lot of pop-ups on my PC. I ran a virus scan and cleaned up what was found, and I ran a scan for problematic adware and cleaned that up, as well. However, I get an "error during check" message and the two problems that are displayed are "ABetterInternet". I was wondering if you could please help me fix this problem. The log is as follows:

Error during check!: Mailbot (Datei C:\WINDOWS\win.ini kann nicht geöffnet werden. The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process) ()


ABetterInternet: User settings (Registry change, nothing done)

If you have a supported System you should upgrade to Spybot-S&D version 1.4 and then update the definitions.
