Important registry has been changed, allow or deny?

Hi everybody, I'm in a little bit of a predicament. Upon startup of my computer, Spybot S&D pops up telling me that an important registry has been changed.

Category: Winlogon
Change: Value Changed
______________
Entry: UserInit
______________
Old data: userinit.exe
New data: userinit.exe,

*Remember this decision*
Allow Change [?] Deny Change

I'm not sure what to do in particular, should I allow this change, or deny it? Whichever one, should I remember the decision?
