Hello,
I'm new to this site, so I hope I'm in the right spot to get help. My Sony notebook started opening new windows first via jemacpv.com. I first ran McAfee since it was already installed. Then I tried Avast!, which didn't find the problem. I uninstalled Avast!, then tried Spybot. Spybot found a problem (sorry, didn't write down the specifics). My computer started running better, but then started getting jacked again, but now I was seeing udmserve.net. I've since tried AdAware, but the problem is still there.
DDS will be added to my post. Instructions said to Zip the Attach file, but the file itself said not to attach until asked for it. I will attach it when asked.
Would appreciate any help, before I tear out the rest of my hair!
Thank you!
Anne (zookeeper)
