Problem with Win32.Banload.qqb

Hello everyone, at first i'd like to say that i'm new here on the forum and I also would like to say thanks for the team who created the spybot because it's fantastic!
But i'm having a little problem, serched about it here and even haven't found the solution to it.
First the software found the banload.qqb so it fixed but when i put it to analyze my pc again it found the malware again, i fixe but when i run spybot it found again the banload.qqb.

Yes, i've tried to delete it by my self, like this thread "http://forums.spybot.info/showthread.php?t=65026" says.
But I deleted them like it says but when i run the spybot it finds the malware!!!

The question is: How can I delete the malware?
