No Internet Connection - Can I Still Run Spybot?

One of my computers (Vista) has a problem and I can't connect to the internet on it.

I have downloaded Spybot on my other computer and then installed it on the problem computer but I cannot 'Check for problems' within Spybot as I get this error message:

You need to install the detection updates first by using the integrated update or the manual updater.

Is it possible to download the update on my working computer then transfer it via USB to the problem computer?

Hello,

Please also download the update file on another computer, copy these to a CD or USB stick and then install and run it on the infected computer.

Update file (run it after the installation) (http://www.spybotupdates.com/updates/files/spybotsd_includes.exe)
